MANY people will know Ann’s Flowers as alongstanding Florists in Eastbourne running for over 27 years.
Situated at Framfield Way, halfway up Rodmill Hill, it is definitely still a Florists… but oh so much more too.
Ann’s Flowers is now run by Danielle. A trained florist for over 25 years, she had a passion and desire to make the business her own by giving it a new look and feel. After a year of trading solely as a Florists she decided to incorporate a Coffee Bar into the shop and ‘Beans & Buds’ was born.
The Coffee Bar is run by Danielle’s partner Julia, who is also a trained florist, making her a ‘Florista’!
Their coffee has a reputation of its own, and alongside a selection of bakes (many provided by two local businesses), Beans & Buds opens daily from 9am – 3pm.
The Florist side is managed by Danielle. Offering everything from a handtied bouquet to a full floral wedding package, her creative eye and keenness to detail means a personal touch for everything she makes.
Customers can now sit in the calmness of the shop when they need to order funeral tributes or discuss wedding flowers and have a coffee or tea whilst receiving a calm and private consultation.
Ann’s not only offer local delivery but, as of October, offer National delivery too. Alongside flowers and coffee there is a selection of plants, pots, giftware, cards, bespoke handmade local chocolates and candles available to choose from. Christmas Wreath workshops will also be running throughout December, bookable on their website.
A hidden gem where you can sip great coffee amongst plants, flowers and gifts… what could be better?
A Christmas fayre is planned for Saturday 9th December on Framfield Way.
