Sovereign Ward Councillors have received numerous emails and telephone calls from angry residents and traders with regards to the situation at Beatty Road Car Park.
The Councillors, Penny, Kshama and Paul, originally met with traders and local residents some weeks ago.
Here’s the Eastbourne Conservatives: “As an outcome of this meeting, several potential solutions were suggested by the councillors to help resolve the issue, bearing in mind the car park is privately owned.
Following the meeting, a letter from the councillors was sent to the private landowner asking what his intentions for the car park are.
The councillors have been promised a response from the landowner in due course. We await with bated breath.”
