EASTBOURNE MP Caroline Ansell says the new Covid rules are ‘a significant step change.’
She said: “Great Covid news emerged recently – almost 70% of the adult population in England now have virus antibodies, figures from the Office of National Statistics found.
We are not out of the woods and new variants remain a concern, but new freedoms came in on Monday, like inviting friends and family (up to 6 or two households), back into our homes.
This is a significant step change. I can’t wait for the simple pleasure of opening my front door and saying ‘come on in.’ ”
