East Sussex College has been shortlisted for the British Council Award for Internationalism at the 2021/22 Association of Colleges (AoC) Beacon Awards.

This year’s AoC Beacon Awards has 11 categories, one of which is ‘The British Council Award for internationalism’, and East Sussex College is one of four colleges in the running.

Assessors have recommended that the College’s application should be commended for their practice in the British Council Award for Internationalism category, having shown high levels of ‘innovation, impact and sustainability’.

East Sussex College’s main programmes for overseas students are English Language programmes; click here to find out more about ESC’s English Language School and International College.

The College has three beautiful campuses in Eastbourne, Hastings, and Lewes, that give students a high-quality learning, exciting new experiences, and the opportunity to meet people from a wide range of backgrounds.

The finalists of each award will be announced at the AoC Annual Conference on 17 November. To find out more about the AoC Beacon Awards 2021/22, please click here.
