AN EASTBOURNE driver must pay almost £800 after failing to give police information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Ruyman-Viera Cabello, 41, of Ecmod Road, Eastbourne, was fined £600 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 with court costs of £90.
The incident took place in Shoreham last November.
He was also given six points on his licence.
