EASTBOURNE MP Caroline Ansell says good progress is being made on a new bypass for the A27 locally.
This is a hugely controversial issue.
But Caroline said today: “One of my priorities as your MP is to campaign for a new bypass for the A27.
“It was good to meet with Highways England who are working on detailed and technical plans and hope to see a planned route towards the end of next year.
“The project is one of 32 major road schemes being worked upon and we are making good progress. Work continues!”
