Liam Smith, 34, a plasterer, of Jevington Gardens, Eastbourne, was arrested in The Warren, Ticehurst, on 30 June and charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
At Hastings Magistrates’ Court on 18 August, he was disqualified from driving for 22 months. He was not ordered to pay costs.
