Eastbourne’s stunning pantomime is the family favourite Beauty and the Beast, at the Devonshire Park Theatre from 8 December – 14 January. With a cast of West End talent, live band and plenty of delightful surprises in store it is sure to bring magic and memories to treasure this festive period.

Beauty and the Beast is the 22nd professional in-house produced pantomime for the Devonshire Park Theatre, the home of Eastbourne pantos. As ever the script has been written especially for Eastbourne and the creative team have been hard at work with plans a-plenty!

The cast includes Carli Norris (EastEnders) who returns as the wickedly fabulous Malevolent, with laughs guaranteed from favourites Tucker as Potty Pierre and Martyn Knight as Dame Dotty.

Plus Brendan Hooper (The Importance of Being Earnest, West End) as Beauty’s father, Rebecca Vere (Hair, West End) as Fairy Formidable with Katie Cochrane (Sister Act, NYU) as Beauty and Lewes Roberts (The Tuckers, Sky) is Prince.

Our heroine Beauty (Katie Cochrane) is set to go on a journey of love and adventure which will prove that beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.

Imprisoned in an enchanted Chateau by a hideous looking beast, her only friends are Dame Dotty (Martyn Knight) and the hapless Potty Pierre (Tucker), but what has happened to the handsome Prince (Lewes Roberts)? Will the wicked enchantress’ spell be broken before the last rose petal falls?
