Eastbourne’s Grove Theatre was forced to cancel its Christmas event yesterday:
“We are so very sorry! Despite all of our efforts, the ever changing circumstances today mean we’ve reluctantly had to take the sad decision to cancel.
All pre-booked tickets will be refunded. (We hope that you might consider making a donation to Bowel Cancer UK elsewhere, and we’ll try to do something for them here next year.)
A big thank you to John Purcell, Tim Marriott, Rory John Purdey, Harry Court, Anna Purcell, Steve Scott, Dave Brinson, all the Scratch Choristers, and all the Grove volunteers for their efforts to put the show together.
Let’s do something superb for Christmas 2022! Apologies again. Have a happy and safe Christmas.”
