Eastbourne’s Kill The Bill protest took place on Saturday.
It started in Hyde Gardens then the rally took place on the Wish Tower lawns.
There are suggestions online around 130 people took part.
One of those campaigning said: “Shame about the weather….thanks to all who came and made it such a success.
Such great teamwork from everyone organising everything from the stewards to the social media to the chalk dot markers, sanitizing station, P.A. system, tent, speakers, performers and musicians.
We couldnt have done it with you. You’re all amazing.”
Saturday was International Workers Day and ten organisations organised the protest march and rally.
