A new pizza oven has been installed, combining the traditional stone baked method with the more modern addition of gas, that keeps the very high temperature regular, and the pizzas consistently crispy.
Inside, customers will find a modern interior with cosy booths and a warm, homely vibe, in keeping with their Bexhill restaurant.
The menu covers all the traditional pasta, pizza, and risotto choices, alongside fresh seafood dishes. There’s a large kids menu, gelato and the best Tiramisu outside Italy.
