He’s only 19 but Harrison Dann is set to take the town by storm.

He owns The Toy Stop in Langney Shopping Centre and April 12 is the magical date for the teenager to live his dream.

The shop is well positioned near to Tesco, and the former Causeway School student is so excited about his venture.

Harrison said: “I want to make The Toy Shop a real success and I am convinced that I can make my dream become reality.

“We have a lovely shop, amazing stock and 100 per cent focus on making sure the customer has the best possible experience.”

Harrison had a pop-up shop in the centre as a trial for November and December 2019, and the reaction then was incredibly positive.

It made him realise he wanted a full-time unit in the centre. And that became a reality last year.

He said: “The pop-up went really well and then I thought how amazing it would be to have my own shop.

“I finally moved in back in February 2020. It was my big dream but there was an awful lot of work that needed and inevitably some investment.

“Lockdown has obviously disrupted my plans but we managed to carry on like everyone else, I’ve put every penny in the shop over the past year and in January 2021 we underwent a major refurbishment. I look forward to welcoming back my customers new and old and to show them how we have made one of the best toy shops around”

“I am confident The Toy stop will be known throughout Eastbourne, and further afield, with a first-class reputation and are key Focus is Value For Money.”

The massive range of stock is aimed at toddlers right through to people in their 70s or even older.

It includes

Summer games

Pre-school Toys

Barbie dolls

National Geographic

Board Games

Musical instruments

Model kits

Pocket money tills

And SO SO much more.

Harrison was thrilled to hear that Eastbourne Mayor Steve Wallis was happy to attend for the official opening on April 12.

A select Few customers will have the chance to gain early access on April 12th 9 to 10:45 with The Toy Stops VIP opening where customers get 10% off as well as a party bag and other fun activities.
