Creative writing expert Jacq Molloy will be the speaker at the Anderida Writers meeting TONIGHT, Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, at 7.30 pm in the Garden Suite of the Hydro Hotel, Eastbourne.

Jacq, who has taught at the Open University on their Advanced Creative Writing module and has run courses at Sussex Downs College, will provide advice to both published authors and those who have yet to be published including those writing for fun.

Entries for the annual Anderida Short Story and Poetry competition, on any theme, must be submitted by Saturday, June 22nd, 2024.

There will be cash prizes of £60 for the short story section and £50 for the poetry section plus other prizes.

Competition entries will be read out by actors Brian Capron and Sue Thacker, and voted upon by members present, at the Anderida meeting on Tuesday, July 9th.
