Daniel O’Donnell the charismatic Irish superstar returns to Eastbourne’s Congress Theatre on Friday 1 October. This autumn concert at the 1600 seat Congress Theatre will be a must-see for his legions of fans.
International singing star Daniel O’Donnell is one of Ireland’s best-known performers known across the world from Australia to Alaska. He continues to record new music, with the latest single Let Your Love Flow, released just weeks ago ahead of the new album 60 which is set for release later this year.
In this tour he is back out on the road, seeing his fans and sharing his distinctive voice and stage presence. Tickets are selling fast but, seats are still available in most areas with best availability in the Grand Circle, early booking is strongly advised.
His music has been described as a mix between Country and Irish folk and he has sold in excess of 10 million records during a solo career which spans 36 years and includes twenty Top 40 UK albums.
In 2015, he became the first artist to have charted at least one new album in the UK charts for 28 consecutive years (1988–2015), when his album The Hank Williams Songbook entered the UK Albums Chart at number 5. He has enjoyed great success in America with 18 albums charting in the Top 20 Billboard’s World Music Album Chart.
