More than 350 people attended an open day at Wealden Crematorium at the weekend.
The crematorium – run by Wealden District Council – opened its doors on Saturday (18 September) and invited members of the public to go behind the curtains at the Horam venue.
Opened since 2019, the state-of-the-art crematorium is set in 25 acres of rural countryside, meadows, woodland and pastures on the A267 just south of Horam.
The event was attended by Wealden District Council chairman Councillor Ron Reed, who is pictured with staff on the open day.
