HERE is an update on a new fund announced by the Department for Work and Pensions to support households.
On 30 September, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) announced a new grant, the Household Support Fund (HSF).
The new grant will run until 31 March 2022. We will make further announcements when our local scheme is ready to go live.
The fund will be used to support households in the most need with food, energy and water bills. It can also be used to support households with essential costs related to those items and with wider essentials costs.
