Motown favourites will meet the more recent hits of the 2000s as the Bandstand on Tour continues in Eastbourne.

The Shackleton Hall in the Welcome Building is the venue for the Sounds of the 2000’s on Friday 18 March and the Motown Tribute Show on Saturday 19 March.

Popular Eastbourne regulars The Zoots will take fans on a trip back to the early 2000s and right up to today with their performance.

The band’s tight harmonies, infectious stage presence and questionable, but highly entertaining dance moves are packed into each show.

The Zoots’ onstage rapport and genuine love for music radiates at every single one of their performances. The show is interactive and gets the crowd involved.

Motown classics are the order of the day with the SoulTown Collective performing the ultimate Soul and Motown Experience.

Fans can expect a collection of Motown songs like My Girl, Get Ready, Just my Imagination, I can’t help Myself, Reach Out, Treat her like a Lady, Ain’t too Proud to Beg, Going Loco and many more classics.

The Welcome Building is located between the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden in the heart of the town’s Devonshire Quarter.

Tribute tickets cost £8.95 for adult in advance (child £6.95) and doors open at 7pm for 8pm performances. Friends of Eastbourne Bandstand cardholders receive 10% off most ticket prices.
