He was pictured Thursday morning at 4am with another male checking everyone’s cars were locked along Eastbourne Road, Willingdon.
The picture has generated a great deal of interest on social media.
One person commented: ‘Looks like the same person on our pathway on Wannock Lane at 3.15am on 18.1.21.’
