Quay Fisheries Eastbourne Fish market has opened.

It is a fishmonger and smokery based at Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne.

A community interest company founded the fish and shellfish storage and processing facility offering retail and wholesale.

It opened this week:

“A huge thank you to everyone who supported us on our first day.

Live local crab and lobsters were popular as was our in house smoked salmon and haddock and local line caught bass.

Our opening hours will be Tuesday to Saturday 10am-3pm.”
