EASTBOURNE Mayor Pat Rodohan has officialy launched the reflection area at Willingdon Trees Community Centre.
It’s been a real community effort with Morrisons Community Champion Kim once again at the centre of positive community work.
,She said: “The Eastbourne Mayor and Mayoress and Josh Babarinde and others from the community. all participated in painting positive pebbles and reflection doves in memory of those we have lost throughout Covid.
“We placed their reflection doves upon two separate trees donated by the YMCA and Morrisons Eastbourne.
“This then proceeded to a moment of silence followed by the setting down of the positive pebbles at the base of each tree.”
