Successful family run Eastbourne business Sanders Property Management has announced the sale of the business to Hobdens Property Management.
Following over 17 hugely successful years growing SPM, Peter and Lisa Sanders decided it was time to finally sell the business and move on to fresh challenges.
The business has been sold to Hobdens Property Management Ltd, a specialist Property Management company based in Littlehampton and part of the Trinity Property Group. Hobdens will be retaining SPM’s staff and adding an Eastbourne-based property manager to ensure that all of Sanders’ properties will continue to receive the same excellent service.
Peter summed up their decision: “Lisa and I have thoroughly enjoyed building Sanders Property Management since we started in 2005 and have worked with some fantastic clients, contractors and suppliers over that time. We’ve grown from one small block to now being the largest independent Block Management company in the area. We’ve grown through recessions, pandemics and economic challenges, but now all good things must come to an end and we look forward to taking some time to relax before moving on to future ventures.”
