ROSSI’S is a new top quality Italian restaurant on Cornfield Road in Eastbourne Town Centre.
Formerly known as Solo Pasta, owners Emiliano Rossi and wife Aneta are very excited with their plans.
And the message is simple: high quality food and drink – especially pasta – for our valued customers.
They have owned the restaurant for the past three years, and Emiliano has been chef for seven years.
He said: “From February 5, we have a new name and a new fresh look. We have a new and exciting menu, and we are striving to be that bit better, that extra bit of quality when we open as Rossi’s.
“Our big strength is homemade pasta cooked fresh every day. We will be like no other Italian restaurant in town.
“We will stand out from the rest with our emphasis on top quality food and customer experience.
“We have new recipes from Italy that nobody else uses locally. Our menu will be short than before but such good quality, I will be using some of the recipes from my family back home.
“We will be selling tasty fish and meat as well as pasta and most of our products are sourced locally, which is very important to us.
“Everything is freshly made in our kitchen. We have seating for up to 26 plus we have a room downstairs which can be hired for parties or group meetings.
“Make no mistake, we are very excited. Rossi’s will be very well known in a very short period of time for its quality, and being that much better than others.”
Rossi’s is open Monday to Saturday from noon until 3pm and then 5pm until 10pm.
Emiliano said: “We will be better”
Rossi’s relaunches on Saturday February 5.
