Around 80 per cent of properties in both area have sold after being put on the market this year.
In Hailsham, 81.1 percent of properties sold after being put on the market this year and the average asking price was £310,642.
In Willingdon, sales were completed for 79.2 per cent of properties listed in 2021, with a price of £326,338.
