EASTBOURNE Borough Council is carrying out some work at Princes Park lake this week which will involve dropping the water level, but don’t worry, everything will be back to normal very soon!
Engineers in diving gear will be carrying out a survey of the lake and installing water level monitors.
They’ll also be using this opportunity to carry out a condition survey of the bridge, which will mean closing it for a day or two.
Thanks to the Perch café, Buzz Active and the Sailing Club for their patience and understanding – the work will be complete by the end of the week.
